Go for the pins. will do. seems like the first course is playing pretty tough but the second is easier. maybe it's just the players doing worse on the first one? in any case i dunno how hard it will be but i'm sick right now so my scores won't be in today. i won't worry about it yet.

After surviving the flu last week, I was fully recovered and ready to go. My opponent this week was a man I know well having played and chatted to him on a number of occasions. Graham comes across well, a English gentleman whose, poise, intelligence and wit charms all around him. I don't trust him, my inner senses screamed Bond villain. I started in the best possible way, birdie followed birdie. I was playing the best I have played in months, one dropped shot was a little hiccup in otherwise a fantastic round where neither wind nor dirty looks from Graham could stop me. I finished with a 44.
I started the second round in the same form, three birdies over the first four holes. I started to tire, I needed a snack to keep my energy levels up but to my horror I could not find my lucky Batman lunch box. As tears started to stream down my face, Graham put his hand on my shoulder and said not to worry and produced a extra large My Little Pony lunchbox with a picture of a big Pinky Pie frolicking in a beautiful meadow surrounding by a host of miniature Pinky Pies. It was mesmerising. Graham told me to stare at the picture and my hunger pangs would leave, he was right, my desire for food disappeared along with my desire to play golf. I just wanted to sing, to giggle, to frolic through the meadow. To do that I had to get of the course. I started to play speed golf, I missed fairways, five foot puts slipped by the cup, bogey followed bogey but I did not care. I had the first web.com My Little Pony party to plan. By hole 13 I was even par, by hole 14 the spell wore off. I could not believe I fell for such a dastardly plan. Four holes to recover, two birdies followed before my recovery came to a halt on 17 when I missed a birdie putt. I needed eagle on the last to win. My second shot put me on the green about 12 feet from the cup. In the background I could hear Graham humming the theme tune to My Little Pony, I had to resist, the temptation to return was strong, I was stronger. The putt dropped to bring me to 40 points and a one point win. Graham threw his lunchbox to the ground and stormed off the course, muttering that next time the power of his Elsa lunch box will defeat all.
1) 44 2) 40
total 84
All jokes aside, sorry Graham, I got lucky on that last hole, I played poorly in the middle of the round, just came good in the end for a sneaky win. Good luck in your next match. Great choice of courses, enjoyed both.

42-48-90.
most stressful round of my virtual career, that second round was. had to get -8 on the back nine to tie and was -6 thru 16. a stupid mistake gave me a par on 17.
i needed eagle on the last, so what did i do? i nearly made myself an albatross and had a tricky downhill 9-footer for shared points. nailed it, and got myself even with tubbs.
good game, shared points was deserved.
