Is it feasible to have FIR, GIR, and # of Putts per each of the 18 holes within a tournament?

Ummm... I think it is already there. Click on the scorecard link for anyone in a tournament, then click on Hole by Hole Stats link at the top of the scorecard (Right of the legend)?

He's requesting that it be filtered for each round as well - currently it's just a sum of all the holes - you can't see just the 4th round for instance.
