Good morning fellas (and any ladies)
Apologies if these have been asked before, but I have searched with no luck.
I have been getting into the designer, and it's really really good but I seem to have lost a few evenings to it!
I am sure its the same with most of you, my first course was auto Generated and I tweaked, it was great, but then I realised it wasn't great, I am now creating a lot of courses that I will get rid of just so I can get into the way of doing this properly (some of your courses are incredible, in fact most of them are). A few issues I have had so far that I would love to find out an answer to, and yes these are probably real noob questions but sometimes they are the hardest to find answers for!
1) How do you move the hole markers. I managed it a few times, but can't work out what I did, it was a complete accident.
2) On a few of my holes the club selection is pants, I presume this is to do with the hold Markers, so I presume once I work out point 1) this should go away
3) One of my courses I have invested a few evenings in already, I am adding 'fake' tee's and trying to add a few nice touches (Large Clubhouse with Cars, Patio area sort of stuff). Is there any balance between the course looking pretty and having a really low frame rate? Is there anything use Noobs should AVOID doing too much off to ensure the course isn't unplayable (ie. Should we avoid adding flocks of ducks on the pond to save some Frames etc). Are there any particular things that kill Framerate more than others, or as long as I don't go over the top (100 whales in a pond next to a green for example) should I be ok?
4) In relation to the above can I see framerate on XBOX 1
5) In relation to 4, I have this on XBOX and PC, is there any way I can access my XBOX account from PC (I have courses in XBOX I would like to edit on PC, again I guess I can't do this but thought I should ask).
6) Last one, not important as I don't plan on changing this particular hole...I know there is a way when planting trees/plants you can increase the coverage (having several at once, which I don't 100% understand I admit) but is there something similar for other items such as fences and steps to quickly add, for example, a 50 metre fence instead of adding each piece individually? Also same question, and more releavant, for Steps - I have a hill leading to a tee box that I would like steps leading up to for aesthetic reasons only. Its a complete pain to have to put each set of steps in, raise the land at the joining point, then realign....it would be good if I could extend the steps in one go and then raise the land once they are in place - I guess I can't do this but thought I should ask.
Love you all, really I do, so any help no matter how little would be appreciated )
