For future reference may I please have an example of what would get me banned for a year. Are there banned substances? Is a TI87 calculator or rangefinder allowed? May I ask siri what to do?

Big story.
So I'm clear did that forum post where he was registering another player start it all? Did he forget he was logged in as the "other" account?

Steve (steve2golf) cheated and was suspended.
He sat out for a portion of his suspension but not the whole thing.
He created a new gamertag and new forum account called "boomboom" using the tour name "Bryan Boomer"
BoomBoom became a very popular player here and was even involved in the 19th hole podcast run by this site's staff.
BoomBoom changed his avatar to a sketch of a photo of himself. The actual photo was once used as steve2golf's avatar.
Someone recognized the sketch/photo.
Steve's cover was blown.
Chaos ensued.

He was disconnecting before the shot saved. Then going back in a replaying the shot. Essentially giving him unlimited mulligabs. I think he may of won a major tourney that way also.

Just so everyone is clear on this. Steve2golf cheated and was caught. He was suspended.
BoomBoom arrived on the scene before the suspension was served.
BoomBoom and Steve2golf are the same person.
There is no evidence of cheating from the BoomBoom account.
So instead of serving his suspension, Steve opened a new account and did not cheat again. Still, he should have served his suspension.
