I was actually curious what everyone thought of the day to day revealing. Was this great anticipation for everyone or did it drag on? It was a fun way to do it. Like reality show style, even though I do hate those. Hmmmmm maybe I'll start watching them......nah |

Loved the day by day reveals... although I'm sure it didn't help my concentration at work  Excellent contest, can't argue with the judging at any stage. Thought the whole thing was run superbly and generated some excellent courses. Would have loved to win but Griff was a worthy winner. |

It definitely led up to a dramatic finish. I can't say enough about Hershal and Patrick and just how classy they are. Like I said in pm, I honestly don't think I deserved to win more than either of those courses. Shout out to all of the designers that competed in this. Your time and effort is appreciated and recognized.

Congratulations gentlemen bunch of outstanding designers in this contest
Hate I couldn't be there tonight for the show but coaching football and it started Monday
So I'll be a little scare till normal practice routine kicks in
Anyway congrats Griff ...beautiful course that reminded me so much of the courses around myrtle beach and lower Sc
Great job everyone the community are the winners here with all these great courses

Well deserved win for an awesome course Griff. Glad I don't have to play that back 9 under pressure in the web finals, that's for sure.
Congrats to Chris and Patrick as well. Very fun contest with a great group of guys. Great banter and I learned a lot too.
Looking forward to getting back in the designer with NO deadline sometime soon. That'll be nice.

Congrats all, and well done griff, I voted for ya, but that's only cause I could not vote for reeb
Loved the write ups you guys did in the daily reveals.

Well done especially to the top 3, as well as to everyone else who submitted a course. 16 quality courses came out of this one, IMHO, which is great for TGC Tours.

I will put the final write ups up today. I would like to thank All the designers boy you made our job hard. The guys at tgctlive I thought how they done the show was excellent and added to the drama nicely was a shame Crazycanuck1985 was taken into witness protection at the time of airing ( I joke of course) . And lastly mrooola and scampi00 for basically all the feed back and help with this without this pair there is no way I could of done this. I hope you 2 fancy doing something similar over the horizon because hell I loved doing this and think we need more designer comps! Currently trying to think of a fresh new system! Think I'm on to something but working out the kinks. Will be looking at a season 3 start point but sign ups well before then! For now that's all I am willing to say |

Amazing contest guys. I loved the format, the daily reveals were an amazing idea. It kept the drama high. Congrats @griff on a well deserved win. pyates and hershalcrustofsk and the other guys you (and me) have brought together an amazingly solid group of courses. mrooola, Moe Slorkman and scampi00 thanks a lot for putting this together, It pushed my design skills to the limit, and has provided tons of fun, both in the GNCD and in the forums |

One thing's for sure - The Web.com Finals are gonna be real tough but a blast to play. Saw you guys added 2nd and 3rd to the OP. Thanks so much for the write up. I hadn't spotted the bridge gap  ... or the fairway issues on 9/18... I'll be sure to check those out. Excellently run contest, and an honest one too... none if you cashed in those bribe cheques!!!  Seriously though, really enjoyed the format and the discussions, the right course won and very pleased with 2nd. I knew I should have tried to add more wow, great stuff @griff. Thought the effort put in by the 3 judges was stellar and Ola did a great job on the live show as did Elz and Yeti. Large pat on the back all round |
