So here are the official rules:
Applications close at midnight on the last day of July, whatever that is, and the time is eastern.
Anyone can submit their application, but the contest is for PC members only due to file sharing.
10 lucky candidates will be chosen based off their application, the applications must be filled out accordingly, see the app thread for details.

How the game will work:
I will create a land plot, then email that course file to all of my new employee's and ask (tell) them to make 1 hole on that land plot.
That hole will be due 1 week later. All employee's will publish their hole on my land plot, and I will play them all.
Once I have played all 10, I will see who made the worst one and fire their ass.
I then select one of the top holes and that will be the new land plot used for the next week.
After week one, contestants will not be allowed to edit the existing holes on the land plot, they will not be allowed to plant extra stuff on them, mess with those textures, or sculpt the land on the existing holes.
Each week, the contestants will be told to only work on a new hole and everything else beyond their holes are off limits.
We will dwindle this down until we have 2 contestants left, that will be the beginning of week 9. Week 9 will be a bye week for both contestants, as they will have 2 weeks to finish the final hole.
As a twist, once they have finished the 9th hole, they publish it as a nine hole course, then bring it back into the GNCD and quickly do the back 9, 2 weeks total to do both the 9th hole and the back 9.
Judging on the final weeks will be based off hole 9 and the effort put in for the last 9.
