I can't simply do a good flop shot...how do you do that? I watched a lot of tgctlive video's and see how they flop with 100% power nearby putt. Well...if I do a flop shot...lets say 33 yards...my flop shot of 30 yards flies way over the putt and right in the bunker...I realy need help with putting and flop shots...I realy suck in this game atm...not having fun no more...Read everything in tips and tricks, but nothing helps...Im worser then worse and thats not cool. If this continues, then CC-Z is to difficult for me...men Im terrible...I realy need some help.

Treat your flop shots like any other shot you take approaching the green. Take everything into consideration,ball lie, distance, elevation, wind and speed/firmness of the green. Even though the balls won't be in the air as long as other shots the wind still affects it just not as much in most cases. Any flop using a LW or SW I will try to land a yard or two past the hole to account for any potential backspin. Clubs higher than the SW can have backspin also but (in my experiences) not as much.
So say for example the ball is on the fairway, with no elevation change about 25/26 yards from the hole and the green is soft/medium firmness, and same for speed. With low wind of 4-5mph headwind. I would hit a LW 100% and the ball should land at around 29 yards and come back accordingly. Depending on the slope of the green the ball can sometimes come back a lot further than expected but can be helpful when taking any other flop shots later in your round.
Also remember that if you loft up on flop shots there is greater potential for more extreme backspin. The carry distances for a LW flop are, standard = 30yds, 1st bar = 25yds and 2nd bar = 20yds. Can't think of what the others are apart from standard.
Always have at least one pratice round on the course of an upcoming event to familiarise yourself with the conditions. It will give you a great idea of how the ball will act on the greens across all shot types and you will be able to fine tune distances etc of each shot type. The only thing that is not a guarantee is the wind conditions though. You could play a round in perfect conditions and the event could have high winds, and vice versa.
As for putting....that's all down to feel unfortunately when it comes to how much break you need either left or right. But distance wise, try the following.
For uphill putts, say the ball is 10ft from the cup and the cup is 6 inches uphill. Instead of moving the marker to be 16ft (add 1ft for each inch up) add 50% extra on the elevation. So the 6 becomes 9. Move your marker to 19ft, maybe 20.
For downhill putts, using the same distances. Take 6 from 10, so move your marker back to 4ft at most, maybe 5.
