I am interested in creating a course where I can publish a couple versions that would play very differently based on the tide. The inspiration comes from one of my favorite courses. Here is a video which briefly captures a hole playing differently based on tide: . Is it possible to design a course in a way that you can simply modify the water slider to raise the water level and achieve this? Does the water slider even work that way? I am interested in any ideas on how to achieve this.

The way I would do it (never tried but just coming up with an idea off the top of my head) is to create your course entirely within a box contained by the largest the square "raise/flatten" tool can go. Then make your course as planned, before lowering it a couple of feet to make it appear as though the tide has risen. Hopefully that makes sense!

Just going to tag pyates for this one so he can explain what he did for Marazion. That course uses this exact concept, except that the low tide reveals a beach. Probably a lot like what Boynsy said.
