I was trying to submit a score using my Galaxy S6. When I tried to type the number of total strokes for my round, the default text "Enter total number of strokes" was not replaced by the score I typed in.
My phone registered that I typed 67 and gave me suggestions: 67, 67th, 6th...
Not a big deal for me; I'll enter scores via PC tomorrow like I normally do, but thought the developers would like to know that the score submission isn't working right, in case this is a common problem.
Running a Samsung Galaxy S6 with Android Marshmallow OS.

I have the exact same problem. Type in the numbers and it does not populate the box. Although if you type 67 and press the suggested 67 it will populate just fine

That's a deficiency in the Samsung browser, not a deficiency in the site. It works fine on my LG Android.
But more to the point, the default text is there by using the "placeholder" element in HTML. It is default browser functionality in any modern to replace "placeholder" text as soon as replacement text is entered. It shouldn't be something we need to patch for in this day and age.

I should mention that my phone uses Google Chrome 51.0.2704.81. It works fine - and has always worked just fine - on my PC. I am currently using Chrome 51.0.2704.103. Thanks for the reply.

That's the same version of Chrome that I have on my LG, and as I say...it works just fine for me.
You can see the problems we web developers have with all these different devices all wanting to do thing differently. It sucks.
