I have noticed when I hit it well I generally outdrive the righties by a couple yards and than thru my own horrible play lose it on my 2nd swing lol being that well ranked have you noticed any general advantages and disadvantages of playing left on the game? And I would venture to say I am probably the worst rated lefty and will keep that honor for sometime lol |

Another Lefty IRL and here
Played off +10 IRL for 30 years
Have arhtritus now and had to give golf up for a while , really gets me i cant play like i used to
also change players as well from Male /female add variety, bit fun cross dressing Ani Lol
play pc only steam pingzing
catch up for a game maybe

I try to play left handed, in real life I also play left handed but other than cricket everything else I do is right handed. When I first took up the game in England it was very difficult to find golf clubs as I was in the mashie, niblick era. I still try to play but I would love to beat my age lol.

Another Lefty IRL and here Played off +10 IRL for 30 years Have arhtritus now and had to give golf up for a while , really gets me i cant play like i used to also change players as well from Male /female add variety, bit fun cross dressing Ani Lol play pc only steam pingzing catch up for a game maybe Cheers I remember the only time I played when I was young was playing 2 rounds in 1 day when I was 18 just because we used to make fun of 1 of our friends who was on the golf team and we all "knew" it wasn't a sport and anyone could play it...needless to say he kicked my butt up and down on those 36 holes so bad it wasn't funny lol at 1 point I remember him even asking me if I wanted him to get us a cart cause he could see I couldn't keep up and of course my ego wouldn't allow it...while I secretly enjoyed it I didn't ever play again although I'm not sure why. Well this past winter something came over me and I wanted to play this game again and I dove in head first reading everything I could find, watching videos and talking to the few people I knew who golfed. Finally got a set of clubs (which I have already upgraded even though my swing hasn't) and I have been on the course or driving range about 2-3 times a week now. I am 35 and when I watch how bad I am but how much I enjoy it I can't help but think how much time I lost out on! Anyways I have almost always loved playing golf on consoles but had always noticed it didn't take much effort or knowledge to be good...damn if this game isn't the opposite which I am rudely reminded of each time I 3 putt from 7 feet out lmao but that's why I love this game it is a real challenge like IRL. Man Ping sorry to hear that you can't play IRL now because of the arthritis I can only imagine how much joy (and frustration lol) you got in all those years! Unfortunately I only have the game on PS4 so while we probably won't get to play online to much I would love to pick your brain from time to time!!! |

Trust me bro I am gearing up for my 1st event this coming week and played the practice round...oooooh my I think I was only around 50-60 off the leaders pace I know I am brand new but WOW lol so if I am honest I am pretty sure at the moment I am the worst lefty and in the bottom 5% worst golfers on here...but that's ok when I climb up to CC-D it will be a meteoric rise that will have Hollywood wanting the screen rights too lmao |

They where hard to find here (very rural town in Missouri U.S.) as well but I would venture to guess a bit easier for me to find than you. I tried right handed but man it made me look like a pro left handed even on the game. Although it is hard to believe I am way worse right handed than left lol I do virtually everything left handed except throw and write. |

I also grew up lefty in a rural town before the internet shopping days. On top of it I never made it past 5 foot until high school. So I grew up playing rh junior clubs until college lol!
After graduating, I finally switched and bought my own clubs in lefty. So ive played most of my life righty, but playing lefty on the back 9 of life lol

Well not really. I made it to 5"8 by my sophomore year. Ended up being an all state wrestler and baseball player. All region in football.
I was short, but i got the job done.

I've started playing lefty in game I'm right handed irl I find I hit drives and approaches straighter drives are a bit longer may be because of straightness but for me the putting is so much better lefty I'm going to switch permanently to lefty. Try it if you're having a bad pull it will help
