As some of you know, I'm a high school teacher. Today, I finally was offered a position of being a full-time permanent teacher at the school I've been teaching at the last couple of years. It's taken 7 years for me to get here, with those years spent being a substitute teacher and contract jobs that expired after only a year. This year, I finally had enough seniority to apply for permanent positions, and I landed one. It's been a few months of up and downs and being given false hopes with other jobs. Glad it is over. Just felt like sharing. Carry on!

Crispy fries are covered in a dressing or stuffing flavoured with savory spice, and topped off with a rich beef gravy. The result is a delicious cross between Thanksgiving dinner and your favourite late-night snack. |
