Looks nice in a cut scene trailer. Always liked GT even when there were better racing games but Sport could be a bar lifter.

I was a huge fan of Gran Turismo, late comer, started with 5...then 6 but quickly lost interest, then started playing TGC.
I'm mostly a pc player but when I saw GTS announced and following threads at GTPLANET. I knew I would have to jump on it. (have a ps4 as well)..
Then I heard no offline single player career mode = no buy for me. Too bad was looking forward to it.

I see from their website that there is a Campaign mode: "By fulfilling various prerequisites, such as completing the lessons in racing etiquette in the Campaign mode of Gran Turismo Sport and reaching a certain level of achievement in Sport Mode, you will be eligible for the “FIA Gran Turismo Digital License” from your local ASN (national sports authority/automobile club)." It's Wikipedia listing says: "GT Sport will include three game modes: "Campaign", "Sports Mode" and "Arcade Mode". Both offline and online racing will feature in the game." |

Im on my phone now. Wish i could link to the thread on GTPLANET. The way its described there is the campaign is not your traditional type. It's more like license tests and is very minimal in its scope. No starting out with a little road car, work your way up, grind for cash to buy another and so on.
Sport i think from what i remember is online multi player and arcade single races you can set up with the AI.
Now Kaz says its only 50% done so hopefully he decides to add a full blown career mode. Also says its not Gt7 so if at worst gt7 will have some more options when and if it comes out.
