This would be a great idea. Personally I think it should be a virtual tournament where we can play anywhere as long as it conforms to set requirements, like a minimum slope and rating, or something similar. Or maybe regional tournaments. I can't justify the cost of a trip where I'd have to fly, unless it's also a vacation with the family.

I don't golf at all, but I would go if it was realistic with cost within N.A. I would go just to meet people, etc. Been a member of a Tiger Woods gaming community where there was a yearly get-together.
Also like the idea of having one in the UK, too.

Ireland is smack bang in the middle of the world (that's how it looks in my school atlas) so I would say its the perfect venue and Druids Glen is a perfect course with multiple accommodation options at good prices around the venue! This is a great idea but I do think having a American and a Ireland based event is the best option

Orlando would be a good spot.. Lots of great golf courses and ton of hotels so prices might be less.. Lots of flights into Orlando as well.. I also like the idea of multiple US locations..

Depends on when it is... My wife's due date is in August so probably not this time.

If in Orlando I can EASILY get us on Grand Cypress or make the hour drive to Tampa for Innisbrook or Reunion courses.

Money is no issue for me, but work and family obligations are a big issue. I'm the first 'maybe' vote. I'd say come to my neck of the woods and play all the top Scottsdale AZ courses, but I want golfing road trip

Work and family obligations over golf? Get your priorities straight.

Come on - lets get this going. Enough people for one UK and one US outing I believe?
