As it gets closer to Doom releasing I'm getting a little antsy. 1 of my fav. childhood PC games on the Box, can't wait. The career mode seems great and the multiplayer is supposed to be alot like Unreal Tournament.
I know we got some Doom lovers out there that if like me are bout to see a lil less TGC. I'll make sure I get my practice round or two in every day as I don't wanna take a major WGR drop. It will definitely take up some game time. Can't wait!!!

Doom was the first multiplayer fps that I ever played back in 1994. We had a network cable run over to the guys living next door to us at university. It was just 1v1 but it was awesome and we were stupefied that we were looking at another human controlled character. |

I was a Jr. in High School when we got our first good computer that had been setup for gaming. The guy who built it put 3 games on it as an added surprise. Microsoft Golf, Wolfenstein, and Doom. We where all amazed at how real Doom felt and my house quickly became a makeshift arcade, lol. Everyone wanted to give it a go. |
