A few thoughts on the course:
There are quite a few nice ideas in the course, but there are a few things to take care off
The layout of the holes is very nice, the routing is good and the different surfaces are cleverly laid out, the bunkering is interesting and well sculpted, not excelent, but not bad. I really loved the 9th green, in fastest and hardest conditions it could be a nightmare
There are a few things that I think need some attention, for example:
Despite I love the movement in the fairways, some of them could have been smoothed a bit (1st, for example)
When building a green a key factor is the size, and to give the green the proper dimensions you must take into consideration the lenght of the shot that will lead to it. For example, the 3rd hole is a short par 5, but the green is extremely sloped and too small, even more considering the huge runoffs it has. The fourth hole, actually is even smaller. And a personal preference (not a truth, look at riviera, for instance), I don't like the greens where i can't putt from every single corner of the putting surface..
When building a fairway, try to make sure that it can be reached from the tee in every conditions. I would not like to play the 2nd with the wind in my face, as the fairways starts at around 250 yards. My suggestion is bringing the fairway back, at least at the 200 yards mark from the tee.
In the sixth hole there is a creek. I'm not 100% sure that you built it once the fairway was in place. It looks much better done the other way. First, the creek, and then lay the surfaces, as you'd prevent the "disappearing" rough effect.
The patch of fairway right behind the 12th green.... No, I don't like it, does not look very well. And I'm not very sure about what you want to achieve with it (maybe it has some sense, and as i don't get it, i don't like it).
All in all, this is a nice course, not superb, for sure, but you can have a nice round here.
