#1) Submitting the wrong scores - We get one or two people a week who submit the wrong scores during Q-School and then don't know why their card isn't issued. If the system can't verify your scores, it won't issue your card. If this happens, you'll need to email commish@tgctours.com to get Scott or I to fix your scores. #2) Using the wrong gamertag - Your gamertag in your profile at TGCTours.com must match exactly the gamer tag you see on the leaderboard in the game. If they don't match, the system cannot verify you and your card will not get issued. #3) Not playing the official event - Occasionally we will get someone to just play the six courses on their own and submit those scores. You have to play the official Q-School event in order for the scores to count. Follow the instructions here to find the correct event: tgctours.com/Home/RulesPolicies#q-school#4) Starting too close to the end of the month - Q-School is a monthly event. All rounds have to be completed during the same month. If you start on the 30th, you better be able to get all six rounds in fast or you'll be starting over the next month from scratch. Also, if you do find yourself in a situation where you do not finish in a month, you'll need to email commish@tgctours.com to get your submitted scores cleared so you can submit fresh the next month. #5) Playing too soon after buying the game - We get it...you're excited to kick off your TGC Tours career. Can't blame you there. But give yourself a few weeks of game play. It is amazing how much you will improve during your first 30 days with the game. You'll do so much better in Q-School if you wait to play until you have a chance to get over the initial skill curve.
