Aaaarrggghhh!

I thought I would just play my 3rd round having successfully made the cut in this week's Web.com event and my game will not load on PS4. I get an error CE-30012-6 (internal error). This has happened since I updated the system software.

The PS4 support is hopeless as it suggests:

Update system software (well, I've done that)

Clean the disk (don't have one as I downloaded the game)

Restart the PS4 (done that and it doesn't solve the issue)

Has anyone else encountered this problem and found a solution?
