Is this a bug?

Hi all,

Relatively new on tour, so maybe it's a bug, or maybe it's just that I'm still clueless...

I'm in CC-D, and in the leaderboard and starting field list for the current week I see a few entrants listed as CC-E, but without the (s) that designates them as being on exemption. Does this have anything to do with the moving month stuff? Is it a bug? Or, as I suspect, is there something that I don't quite understand yet.

It's a result of issues we had finalizing last week. Those are players that were supposed to be demoted but got a free week do to things out of our control. I'm not going to manually fix each one so at this point they have one more week on their former flight and then will be demoted next time they register.
