Year is 2030, Irving has left us all, but before he went, he gave all his life earnings (after he won the Power Ball in 2018, otherwise that would not equal much now would it?) to an estate way off on its own little island in the pacific. They built a retirement resort. All the golfer lovers now come here to retire. With hot nurses on staff and no rules to boot, everyday is Sunday here at this place, and golf is always in season. You may not see any elderly walking around today, as it was Viagra day and nobody really felt like playing golf, they had other things on their minds (and laps). Course Info: Course Photos: A smaller project than usual for me, thought I would put together something different and hopefully fun. Theme: Delta The greens and the fairway are of the same cut (by mowers) though they are different textures, pretty close in color to each other, so you may have a tougher time than normal distinguishing the greens from the fairway, that's by design. The greens are slow, at 108 speed, but they are all sloped heavily from back to front and offer plenty of break. You will not find yourself putting the ball off the green on misses unless you really whacked the ball. The fairways are super generous and lack hazards in general. Though you may want to find the best place in the fairway to hit, find the best lie and or angle. After that, its all about your approach shot and your putting on this course. This is one of those designs that will leave the golfer either hating or loving the course, there isn't much in-between here. So you thinking......7400+ yards for the elderly? ya, we like to keep them a little pissed from time to time, keeps them on their toes.

Hey Jeremy, Hacked my way around this course recently.... Could tell it was one that you didn't spend a great amount of time on, however I thought even with the "smaller project" you created a very good golf course. Some people just have the knack with this designer and you sir are one of those! Always so very smooth elevation that looks real, and outstanding designing! Heck just the small mounds of texture around the trees seemed like they took ages.... I really like how the difference between fairway and green was hard to distinguish.... Fun course... Irving should be proud you designed one for him !!!! Good work sir Terry

Not a bad course.
I like the fact you worked in a few of the signature things from my courses. Nice attention to detail. Thanks.
