Very well played. i only wish my missus would get involved. Tried her out on BO Zombies a few years ago, set her up with the Ray gun but I kept getting "where's the makeup counter again?" ive got girls at 5 and 7 that are massively into Disney Infinity. Have to leave it a few years before I can have my own family COD clan! For the record they both say golf is boring!!! cool79breeze cheers buddy. Its just very frustrating when you try to bring humour to the forum and it breaks into a kerfuffle and terms of bigotry gets thrown around. I nor anyone I've ever spoke with on this forum is sexist the fact is that its encouraged to get more women playing!! And for Irving R. Levine of all people to be called sexist is a joke! has anyone ever listened to his podcasts he regular promotes the female players not to single them out but the promote women competing in the game. I leave it her with this parting note: Just because something appears dodgy and is pointed out doesn't mean that we are commencing a witch hunt or a wizard hunt (don't want to appear sexist here), We are our own police are simply pointing out something that looks suspicious and may need to be looked at. Yes cheating happens and yes people will get falsely accused but everyone is guilty till proven Innocent. Just like real life because guess what this is real life! Lets all take everything a little less seriously please. In other news my Daughter has started playing tgc and is currently bombing in q-school so will start in CC-E her PSN ID is minislorkman but im expecting her to join her daddy in web soon. Not bad for a 2 year old. See see humour a joke a bit of banter ! And lisared1987 & macdaddy707 Congrats on MacBaby I hope the bambino will have the best of health and let you have full nights sleep. The rules are simple, if you suspect cheating, you notify the admin, they have the means, the willingness and the ability to investigate. After such investigation they will mete out the punishment as they see fit. Just because you say it is "not" a witch hunt, does not mean it is not a witch hunt, which this clearly was/is. I'm not suggesting the OP started such hunt, but it clearly turned into such. I have in the past used the phrase "insert politically incorrect terminology here" I do this out of respect for a reputable leader of this community who has stated he does not like certain phrases or terms as he finds them senseless, needless and most of all offensive. So I do not wish to offend or single out any individual to cause harm. So I do not used phrases that would cause just that. That 1 individual could learn though and be certainly more sensitive to the feelings and sensitivity's of others. This individual should certainly see that to accuse someone of cheating with limited facts, might be found offensive. For this 1 individual to carry this flag and to fling around accusations at early stages, especially when an explanation has been provided, when a process for such suspicions is clearly in place, and such process does not include a public lynching first is completely insensitive. IMHO, this individual should know better than to do such. Look, yes it looks suspicious, but there is no need for a public debate, a public witch hunt, a public investigation, report your suspicions to the admin and let them handle it. They have the means to investigate, we don't. This is their forum, not ours, they provide this for our enjoyment and use, not our ownership, all they ever ask of us is to simply follow their rules. |

I thought I would sign up to the forums to post on this thread. I used to play the game when it was in early access, I think a couple of you guys may still have me in your friends list on Steam. I came back recently as quite a few people on our football forum started to play. Anyway we have also been watching Lisa coming through the cards, it's actually quite good to see with practice and endeavour you can improve quite so much. We have also a guy that 1 week he was shooting rounds in the 80s and then the next week he is about to get an exemption by shooting 4 round of mid to low 60s, maybe we should start calling him 'macbrother'... or something along those lines! Well done Lisa, hopefully I can get through the cards if I put in as much practice as you must have.  |

Exactly, this game is not that hard. Armed with a little knowledge and willingness to learn and use that knowledge anyone can go from shooting 90's to 60's in a very very short period of time.

I've only just read this thread for the first time having noticed Lisa's meteoric rise because it coincided with me joining the tour. I was intrigued myself how she'd gone from shooting 80+ to winning back-to-back tournaments. My assumption was that after her poor scores she'd gone away and practiced away from the tour for a few months and then came back when she was good enough.
The notion of using multiple accounts didn't really occur to me because I don't see the point of anyone doing that. What's to be gained from being a top player and then using a second account to win tournaments at the other end of the tour? There's no prizes and there's no glory in winning using someone else's name either.
For what it's worth, I read most of the comments in this thread as being light-hearted and jovial in nature and didn't get the feeling there was any animosity, and certainly no misogyny. It's a computer game, why would men be bothered about being beaten by a woman in a game where physical strength isn't a factor?
If I joined the tour and was terrible then suddenly won three tournaments in a row I wouldn't be in the least bit surprised if people questioned it. If anything it's a compliment because it highlights what a spectacular and exceptional performance it has been from Lisa.

boomboom First thing first the innocent to guilty was me typing a hundred words a minute and getting the 2 key words backwards of course I meant innocent till proven guilty. Hands up should of proof read but didn't ask anyone from the Irish crew I'm constantly doing same on the PSN group my bad. Im known as "The confuser" to them ffs. I said we the community are the police meaning we police the game which we do and then report to said admin. I did not say we're judge jury and executioner. This Thread was started by me on the back of someone in CCC mentioning Lisa in the spoiler thread, tagging smurf saying it was his gf, smurf commented and I as I follow smurf seen this and posted the adam & eve twist there then thought to myself actually this could be fun to get people coming up with of the wall ideas for fun! As for the not mentioned person player to be honest he had an opinion he voiced an opinion isn't that the point of a forum to discuss what's on your mind and what your thought's are on the going on's of the community. If Lisa, Paul & MacBaby have no hard feelings and all the guys who were called "Sexist" the same then what's the issue? Right so im off to call my wife to see what's she cooking for dinner !! Not because I'm sexist but because I cooked last night and its her turn. look look more humour! On a side note my cheese steak and garlic chips (fries) last night was savage.

The last thing im gonna say on this is Irving ur behaviour on this subject has been pathetic.
You go around calling a person a cheater with 0% physical evidence ur gonna get a backlash from the ppl involved and others too. We do police this community for cheaters but we dont accuse ppl without hard evidence...if u had suspicions u shudda jus reported it but instead u gone on the shoutbox accusin ppl of cheating.
Then u make several sly remarks and hav "im holier than u" segment about this issue on the podcast claiming everyone in here needs to grow up. U need to grow up, oh and deletin me as friend on psn because we disagree on this topic is mightily mature of u.
Id be interested to know if u offered Lisa a chance to go on the podcast last night to part take in ur b%& fit. From a community member I had alot of respect for I find ur behaviour on this subject disgusting.
I'll leave it there.
