Just to clarify this for me... Players ranked 40th or less in the FedEx rankings can only play in the main event but players ranked 41st and above can play in either one or the other or both. Right? The part about the top 40 playing in the main event is correct. Those outside of the top 40 fedex standings can play in the main tournament OR the secondary event. Its a choice of one or the other. Once this week is finalized I will be posting on the forums the current fedex standings so that there is more than one place to see where one stands.

The first section of the fair play section about fair play mentions monitoring your own situation and not registering for both events.
If it becomes an issue, whether deliberate or not, additional monitoring by staff will take place.
Apologies if it was not completely clear.

Wanted to provide some clarification, OP is updated as follows: !!!!!! IMPORTANT TO NOTE: We noticed multiple registrations, and wanted to provide clarification below. - If you choose to play in the Secondary Event, then you cannot play in the TST Main event.
- If you choose to play in the TST Main Event, then you cannot play in the Secondary Event.
- FedEx Top 40 players are INELIGIBLE to play in any Secondary Events.

The TST secondary must be mighty tough, I've just looked at the leaderboard and no-one made the cut, Wow!

Takes a certain standard to be on the TST over the weekend... :-)
It's really a glitch with the cut line. Being worked on and hopefully sorted out soon.

Just bumping this as I note there are some members registered in both week 22 TST events.Regarding the above, those within the top 40 of FedEx TST stadings must play in the Main event and are ineligible for the secondary event. A list of the Top 40 in FedEx can be found in two places: A post within the True Sim Tour forums that will be updated weekly: tgctours.proboards.com/thread/6959/weekly-top-fedex-points-standingsThe official standing on the main TGCT site: tgctours.com/Tour/FedExTrueSim?tourId=5&season=2016Those outside of the top 40 can choose to play in the main tournament OR the secondary event. We do not want players to play in both. The True Sim Staff realizes this is a new wrinkle and many are used to signing up ahead of time, but there are choices for those outside of the Top 40 to play in one or the other. In the event that someone is still registered in both events after registration closes at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (U.S.A.) on Friday nights, then we will move players according to their standings. Those double registered that reside in the Top 40 in TST FedEx standings will be put into the main tournament only and those outside of the top 40 will be put into the secondary event only. We encourage those outside of the Top 40 to weigh the options of playing in the main event vs a tougher field on a tougher course setup with a cutline vs the secondary event, which offers 20% of the $$ purse and 20% of the fedEx standings, but are not competing against the elite players and are playing a less demanding course setup with no cutline. Please refer to the OP and any questions are always welcomed.
