Just saw I made it to the next stage... that's a shame! Don't know what happened to my opponent in Rd3, but it definitely wasn't an enjoyable round I guess... Up next: fuzion

The decision to change from Tye Dunes II to a tricked up version of Tye Dunes II is a tad strange.

Looking forward to it! I'm shocked (and lucky, literally) that I got this far. My round 3 was tense, knowing that I needed birdie on 18 to tie and eagle to win. Drove it over the water and left myself with about 28 yards. Missed my eagle by about a foot and thus went to bed not knowing whether I'd move on (I was following Andi's score after each hole since we're on PS4 so I had some idea that we were tied on the front and a tie on the back would lead to a coinflip). Well played buddy and good luck in rd 4.

Missing round 3 from
Andrew Sikorski Tom Humphries (know about this)
12 hours to get the scores in
Not sure how the decision to change versions of a course is strange... That decision was made a few hours after the announcement, and it was done in this thread. you have 4 days to practice and it's not like we changed the course... Mainly just the pins.

I meant its strange to go from havin a really gud course picked out and then changin it to a tricked up version of that course...some of those pins are crazy....i despise tricked up course personally...but il play it anyways...ha

Yea.... I can see that. The thought was the original was too easy... I did tell him to make the pins challenging... Lol

I'm not a fan of tricked up courses for the fact to "make it harder". The original Tye Dunes was well thought out. This new one with the new pins is just, "Lets put the pin in a hard place and firm up the greens." I'm not very impressed.

I played a matchplay game vs DaddyJules with the Elite pins, imo, it's borderline, but I didn't think it was burdensome, the winds were low though, mostly 7-12mph. I shot -15 with the original and iro -9/-10 with the elite pins. I'm good...but not that good. The equaliser was the softness of the greens, if they were the same firmness as Tye Dunes (on the PGA), I'd understand - but they aren't.

I agree with the green firmness being medium it is doable. I think i shot -8 or -9 in moderate winds. There is about 3 or 4 pins that are right on the edge of a huge slope. Meh whatev.

Sorry maybe I over did it... I felt the course was far too easy for you guys and catcherman never had the chance to verify I wasn't being a complete arse :-D. When I play tested I had 20mph winds and shot something like -8 so thought it would be no problem for you all
