I always miss these curving putts an inch to the left or right because I cannot follow the ball all the way to the hole.

Looks like you could see the hole fine when lining it up. You always know where the hole is when lining it up based on the grid lines. Watching it roll makes no difference. I don't see the problem.

Once you've hit the putt there is nothing you can do about it

I always miss these curving putts an inch to the left or right because I cannot follow the ball all the way to the hole. The only thing I will say is it may assist if you have the flag left in. Not sure what platform you're playing but on PS4 it's the square button.

This may sound simple but you can change your view when putting. You can even go into green reading mode and putt from any angle you choose.
