Still looking for some volunteers for Merion and Spyglass this weekend. I'm out of town and won't be able to play until Monday.

Been working on the Top 100 list for March, which is now available: blog.tgctours.com/the-top-100-course-ive-played-march/TGCT This Week will be a little late, maybe tomorrow. I will try to come up with something interesting if I can, I'm a little behind on everything across the board right now.

A day late, but here's my Masters recap: blog.tgctours.com/masters-recap/Some player analysis involved, some acknowledging of bad pre-tournament predictions, and some other little tidbits of useful and totally useless information.

A day late, but here's my Masters recap: blog.tgctours.com/masters-recap/Some player analysis involved, some acknowledging of bad pre-tournament predictions, and some other little tidbits of useful and totally useless information. Good read, thanks. Just wanted to point out that Danny Willett was certainly on my radar (ch-ching!) and I can't understand why he wasn't on more. Going in to the tournament he'd moved up to #12 in the world, he's #1 on the European money list, and he's shown well in a number of big tournaments over the last 18 months. He was in contention at Doral until he hit the water at 18. European players are constantly underrated or even ignored in the States - perhaps that's why we seem to have such a stranglehold on the Ryder Cup? We seem to be quite happy flying under the radar!

Yeah, he wasn't too far off the radar heading in, just hard to put in a list of contenders when so many seemed to be primed heading in. Just a strange week by the consensus favorites. Danny was more of a guy like, I want to see what he does this summer, maybe a dark horse for the Open. He just blew the doors off of that idea, though. This is why golf is so fun to follow right now. Is it Danny's turn to be the next guy now? Seems like the longest anyone can hold that title for is just a few months.

Well I've already got some money on him for the US Open - despite his performance at Augusta he's still 33/1! That's too good not to have a little punt on

New Top 100 list for April: blog.tgctours.com/the-top-100-courses-ive-played-april/I have a few other lists coming over the next few days. Real courses list is a for sure. My other idea, since I mark a general difficulty rating in my spreadsheet, is to list the top Easy, kinda Easy, and Hardest courses. I see some general complaints, mostly at the HB forum, about too many hard and TGCT-used courses in the rankings, so the Easy list will hopefully appeal to some. I've definitely played my share.

The newest edition of What To Play for June is now available, with this month's focus on medium difficulty courses: blog.tgctours.com/what-to-play-june-2016/These are pretty easy to compile based on the reviews I have done already, so I should be able to maintain this list for awhile despite my playing time diminishing. Hopefully you enjoy them!
