Hole 1: I thought the green was a bit wild and you might consider keeping it flatter near the pin if you're going to have a severe roll off at the back. Seems a bit too likely that a good approach goes unrewarded here.
Hole 3: left hand bunker seems unrealistically too large to me, but it was nice having to judge how far left I can risk going without either going short into that bunker or bouncing long into rough. One of several nicely designed landing zones.
Hole 6: I actually quite enjoyed the "backboard" fairway, sloped towards the shot. Wit a little wind this was a tricky, risky shot to get the distance and felt great when it bounced left and held on to the fairway. Incidentally this was the first of a number of occasions thought you might choose to I flatten and smoothen the contours of the cart paths
The greens on the front 9 I felt made nice use of water and retaining walls - it all makes for distinctive greens that give the holes some character
hole 7 was a nice par 3 which looked nice off the tee and the pin placement offered a good challenge in relation to the way the green was designed
Hole 8: good bunker placement on fairway, combined with width and slope of landing area - I like that. This is long for a par 4 with a steeply sloped green, I felt you either want to make it a longer par 5, shorten it for a 4 or keep it a par 4 but make the putt a little easier
Hole 9 was another neat looking hole off the tee, I liked the shape and bunkering for the fairway and the contouring here felt well done. The approach to the clubhouse is a picture
Hole 11 again, I really like the combination of distance to the hole, green slope and flag placement. Made for a tough but achievable shot for the pin.
13 is an excellent hole imo, I like the uphill drive to get as close to the green and the fact the flop can't be taken due to the steep slope backwards by the flag forced a 20yrd chip which I relished. My only complaint is I played the chip perfect distance and felt that perfect drive + a good chip should have earned a decent putt for birdie but the slope from left to right was just as severe as the back to front slope and I found myself with a 10 yard sloped putt.
Hole 14 again, I quite like your fairway and bunker combo - another interesting landing zone
I would say on hole 15 to smooth out the fairway edges. Btw I followed your -6 ghost, you played a great shot here which I followed to good effect!
Hole 16: I think the 2nd shot looks marvellous - the final few holes were all good in this regard.
Hole 17: I like the choice of fairways - I took the thin one and made it which gave me the approach for birdie I felt it deserved
Hole 18: From the tee, with 8mph wind against me, I still made it over the hump of rough cutting across the fairway for the shorter approach which made me feel the risk short was a bit too easy or at least should be a shot you only just make with 0mph wind?
In general I enjoyed playing the course, which possibly needs some work on bunkers as has been mentioned. I think several holes have been designed with good judgement regards landing zones and approach play. Some of the run-off areas seem unnecessary considering the greens are slow and my main niggle was that a lot of greens seemed to have the same combination of sloping both left-right and forward-backwards which you might want to consider toning down a bit here and there. Tbh it's not a big issue it was just slightly repetitive and the 2-3 occasions where I felt a flatter putt near to the pin would have been a fairer reward for an accurate approach.
Anyway I am no expert this were just some thoughts I had as I played my round and I will certainly give this a crack when you publish for real
