Putt stats/FIR/GIR per hole would be interesting.

That's great! I always wonder where I am picking up strokes vs the leaders on a per hole basis. Too much effort to look at a bunch of individual scorecards all of the time. Nice.

I was thinking about statistics earlier today. I was wondering if there is - or a way to have - a Season Leaders Stat page. Sortable columns for Most HIO's, Eagles, Birdies, Bogeys, Double Bogeys, FIR, GIR. Cut % .... ?

I love stats. Nevada's idea, if possible, would be superb. I'd geek out big style.

Are we ever going to get stats like we have per tournament but compiled during the season?

Cumulative season stats for individual players would be AWESOME. I would absolutely LOVE to compare FIR/GIR/putts per GIR, scrambling, sand saves, chip-in/hole outs per round, etc against the top players over the course of a season and career.
To be blunt those are the only stats I'd really like to see. I don't find stats for a given hole in a single tournament all that interesting.

I don't find stats for a given hole in a single tournament all that interesting. As a designer, while I find players' stats very intersting, I find the stats, by hole, to be even more so. It gives us great feedback about what design elements create difficulty. The anecdotal feedback from players helps more in terms of whether the challenge was enjoyable. It all goes into making the next course even better.
