I was on the 4th hole in round #1 landed up against the yardage marker. I swung it didn't move. I swung it didn't move. I swung a third time and it bounced off the marker about 40 yards behind me. So I basically lost 3 shots.
Not sure I am a NEWBIE if this has occured before.

Haven't heard of anyone taking 3 swings, but people have hit them on the first swing and they are very solid stakes.

Thanks Scott yeah it may have been a lag issue or something because you are right they are pretty sturdy.
The third swing I took a 3 wood and it went flying backwards off of it.
My internet connection was kind of Crappy yesterday due to the sub zero FREEZING temps.\PAUL

Haven't heard of anyone taking 3 swings, but people have hit them on the first swing and they are very solid stakes. On the XB1 there is a major load of glitches on this course, Read my OP - HOLE IN THE FAIRWAY. |

First off, welcome to TGCTours Paul. Hitting a yardage marker is one of the bad things that happens in this game... I personally don't like designs that use in fairway markers and make sure I play away from them. BTW, fences can be the same source of aggravation. Have fun.
