I had an idea that might put some people's mind's at ease. Some won't be able to do it, but I'd say most could.
When you play an official round, be it Q-School or on a tour, record it with FRAPS, Bandicam, whatever. Name it with yourname-event-rd or some such convention. Then put it someplace on your hard disk or a zip drive. If there's ever any question, you can either post it to youtube or email it to the tour administration for review. Don't think I would want this to be mandatory, but I intend to do it starting with Q-school.
From my experience at running an internet gaming server, I have found that some people see conspiracies everywhere and just love to complain about them. Of course there are conspiracies out there and there is wrongdoing. But the ones who are honest and doing the right thing shouldn't be afraid to have their actions held up to the light of day.
Just an idea to try to help.

Your rounds are always recorded (ghost balls) so there really isn't a need to do it yourself unless you want to post it online.

I thought of that a while ago, only way for me, and I have a recent alienware laptop, is to record each shot as a replay. I did a test with bandicam, full paid version, I have a recording of a round I played on black brook, it was annoying as heck playing with it running. Frames were dropped like crazy and the motion was jerky and gave me a headache. Also the file size was enormous 5+ GB
However there is no need, I tested Doyley's method and it works fine, you can select anyone, including yourself, you want and replay their whole round quickly.
In selecting myself and watching to see what you see, I can say I highly doubt there is anyway someone can be falsely accused. Its far more accurate then it used to be now, I can say I trust it to be an accurate depiction of my round now. It was not always this way, but it seems to be now, so all is good IMHO. Let the witch hunt continue.
As someone else stated, the honest have nothing to worry about. The good honest shooter need not worry that the evidence will be wrong, although the accusation's will certainly be made, but there will be no evidence to back it up.

Although having just said that, while I would agree what I seen with me was accurate, I cannot verify it is what you see as well.
May I suggest the following occur if it has not already. Someone record a couple of holes of play, in addition record their replays of same holes, then someone else record the same holes replay and compare. Test the evidence I'm suggesting. This should help put some minds at ease, because I do see some legit players having concerns about being falsely identified as a zero deviation player.
In addition, the ghost depiction has in the past been identified consistently as not being accurate, lets confirm it's no longer the case.

Ok. Fair enough. One thing I don't understand, though. If I've played several practice rounds on Harbor Island Black, how do you tell which ghost is a practice round and which is the actual Q-school tour ghost ball? Also it might take quite a while to find one specific ghost ball on a course with a lot of plays. But if it can be done fairly quickly, then that would be better.

Good point, but when selecting ghost in tour or tourney, you can filter to just that tour or tourney. Ghosts can be selected quickly as well.

That's true. But if it's a timed tour or tourney and you've already played it or if the time has expired, you won't be able to play it again or at all if you haven't played it by the time expired. You therefore won't be able to quickly, or possibly at all, see the ghosts of the players that played it unless the player has only played the course in that event. I don't mean to throw up obstacles here. I'm just noting how the game operates.

So if you know the score of the user and the day they shot it you can narrow it down pretty easily. But most of our score verifications will happen in Tournament to avoid any issues.

Cool. Didn't know that. Thanks for clarifying.
