Can someone tell me the difference between the red and blue terrain sculpting tools.

Red I think is just a tool to take things above and below the water table, there's only a few specific uses for that tool, like when you try and lay fairway and it does not lay, raising the area with the red tool will fix it. Also if you drop a bunker in the fairway, you will get a little ribbon of rough around it, you can use the red tool and drop a bit of area below the water table and increase the ribbon of rough. You can get real fancy with the red tool. The blue tool raises and lowers the land.
