Internet Connection Issues (PS4)

Lately, every time I start up the PS4 (almost always from Rest Mode), TGC tells me I have lost my internet connection and need to reconnect.  The problem is that I AM connected, signed into PSN and have no issues with connectivity from anything else.  The only thing that seems to fix it is going over to Settings-->Network-->Internet Connection Test.  The test always is successful, as it should be because I know I'm connected.  The I return to TGC main menu and select Go Online.  That usually reconnects me in the main menu of TGC.  A pain, but workable.

Now, the game will not get an online connection, no matter what I've done.  I did the above process (several times) with no luck.  Closed the TGC application completely, restarted it, no luck.  Rebooted console, restarted game, no luck.  Eject disc, reboot, load disc, start TGC, no luck.  Hard reboot, etc etc etc, no luck.

Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?  Checking my network status in the console settings, I am good to go....I'm going a little crazy trying to figure this out.

Wanting to play round 4 of web.com but it's not connecting also. Tried closing game / rebooting ps4.
Will try later,keep us posted if this gets fixed.

East coast US. Lost connection last night and still can't connect. Reloaded game and restarted but still no go. All other games working.

Same here from Germany. Unable to get a connection with TGC-Server on PS4. So, unable to finish R4 of Euro this week. Perhaps Admins give us a day longer to Submit Scores.

In the uk I couldn't play this morning or when I tried again early afternoon. Tried the usual turn on / off to no avail.


Signed out of PS network, then rebooted my router.


Signed back in and all was able to play a round with no problems. I don't know if I fixed it or it was just a coincidence Haha.



Edit: Just fired up PS4 for the community,to see if game is playable after having issues earlier and it worked perfectly.
Maybe trying my method will bring you joy ?

I'm from the UK and I couldn't access the game yesterday evening. Manage to access this morning at 04:45 but by the time I completed my round it was too late to post. Does anybody know if will be allowed to have an extension?
