Seriously considering taking this on, only thing is I don't have much to go on other than my GolfShot GPS app and a few things I've come across online but not much in the way of elevation changes and real good hole by hole photos, anyone have any good info on the course or can point me in the right direction to find it? would be a great track to have in the game me thinks, has anyone already got it in the works?

Well I've started anyways, I'm gonna layout all the holes, tees, fairways, greens, and bunkers and as I go I'll keep researching and looking into the finer details of the holes, feel free to chime in with any info/help you've got for me

I'm about 90% sure they have it on WGT.
The downside, as always, is that you have to play WGT. The elevation info can't be beat, though. You can drag the aiming marker anywhere to get the elevation.

There is a congressional already with very slow greens - but an OK course. Was on the RGT last season.

WGT.com has congressional on it. Every detail you need.
