Hi everyone,
After a brief delay to allow for some thought on our expansion and utilizing the new API, LGGT is ready to begin the new season, tentatively scheduled for an extended first week due to the Thanksgiving holiday in the U.S. - Week 1 should begin on November 18th.
Expansion Announcements:
Welcome PC Players! LGGT will now officially add PC players to the Tour. Add that you can now create the competition on one platform, and it's now present on all three made this that much easier to implement!
We will just need to have PC Players add their SteamID to their user profile to authenticate the player to the Tour.
Two Tiers of Competition! We will now start to separate the Tour a bit more, but until we get a deeper group of people playing regularly, we're taking baby steps. So introducing the LGGT Gold & LGGT Silver Tours! Gold will be for the more elite players, and Silver will be more for the casual players. There will be potential to be promoted, and we'll determine an effective way to keep people interested on a weekly basis.
No Cuts Remain/Play The Entire Tour and earn LGGT Points! We will continue to not have cuts in LGGT, ensuring everyone can play equally on a weekly basis. We like the idea of cuts and earning your keep, but we remain using just an LGGT Points system with no virtual money awarded.
New Awards/Accomplishments! We'll be adding more new trophies and awards/accomplishments to earn during your LGGT Career.
Weekly and Seasonal Awards will be in play now!

If we get amazed with the response, we may be able to add a third Tour, to further separate the competition!
We look forward to a new season, and the first with a fully established API to deepen your LGGT and experience on The Golf Club!
