I'd like people to rate a course upon completion of their tournament. For example, when signing their 4th round score they will also have to give the course a rating. A nice 5 star rating like
How much did you enjoy the course?
5* Loved it
4* Liked it
3* Indifferrent
2* Didn't Like It
1* Hated it
The top 5 courses then get put into the vote for Course of the Year.

This is a great idea. Maybe also a 1-5 on difficulty?

Yeah or even just three for difficulty.
How did you find the course fit your difficulty level?
*Too Hard
*Just Right
*Too Easy

If something like this was implemented I would like to see an added rating for conditions (weather, wind etc) . People will blame the course for a bad round on a great course even if caused by bad winds etc.
Have a crappy round, rate the course low. Whereas if separated you can have your course rating then a conditions rationing. eg:
1-excellent
2-Good
3-bad
4-seriously?
5-that was brutal
6-I hate HB, what the hell were they thinking putting 23mph winds in the game, are they huffing glue?
7-I suck so bad it doesn't matter what the conditions are (I would use this one a lot)
