I saw my new rival Stephen talking to some of my old rivals, this is a little suspicious. I was hoping for a nice clean rivalry, none of the sneaky tricks like the ball deflating incident, or the case of my water battle being spiked. Now I not saying anything yet, it might have been a nice friendly chat but I will have to keep a close eye on things though. Anyway, round three. For the second day in a row, I birdied the first hole for a positive start, I recovered well from a poor tee shot which was a added bonus. I did not recover from a poor tee shot on the second hole, went from heavy rough to bunker and a dropped shot. Two bad tee shots, two shots in the rough, maybe my suspicions might be worth looking in to. I got that shot back on the next hole, was it going to be one of those up and down rounds, what I would give for some consistency. Two more birdies followed before I got the roll of doom on the sixth. You know what I mean, the ball comes to what seems like a stop, the slowly starts to roll backwards before gathering speed. The worse ones are the ones that don't gather speed, you could go to the pub for a fast pint and be back before they stop rolling, anyway, a good lag putt meant par. A horrible down hill putt on the seventh brought the roll of death, which is very similar to the roll of doom but this time it rolls off the green, double bogey and the eight hole to come. A hole I have never even parred. A hole that lets out a evil laugh when it sees me coming, a hole that if it could speak would say, how can we mess with his mind this time. I made par, all is right with the world, let's sing and dance and rejoice. I finished the back nine with a birdie and two under par. A interesting front nine to say the least, and I just noticed my balls seem a little greasy, suspicious.
A birdie and two pars to start the back nine but again my ball was rolling more than it should, bad shots I hear you shout, conspiracy theory I hear you cry, he is completely insane I hear you laugh but the truth is out there and I will find out if someone has been fiddling with my balls. One thing though, I can also use a fast moving ball to my advantage, like my putt on thirteen, a putt I normally would not make, rolled into the hole. So take that who ever has been rubbing something on my balls. I did not adjust enough for the extra ball speed on fourteen, another dropped shot. I picked up one more birdie over the final four holes but the last hole will give me nightmares for days to come, a nearly perfect pitch shot stopped at the lip of the cup, then rolled back, literally a inch from eagle. It did not roll back to far, what ever substance was covering my balls must have faded, four foot birdie putt and I lipped out, yes there was a bit of break but missing those shots is a sickener, four under to finish.
So another battle with Victory Golf Club, I think we shall call this one a draw, eight birdies and four dropped shots. Last season it was round four when Victory golf club kicked me in the nuts with a eighty one. Last season I did not have rivals playing with my balls. It should be interesting, stay tuned to see what happens and maybe some more balls jokes, I did not even mention squirt!

I will find out if someone has been fiddling with my balls. If you find out Dan can you let me know? There may be a lesson somewhere that I can pass on to the wife!!

Played a practice round and I remember this course pretty well. It appears to be easy on the outside, but once you step in it can eat you alive. Had a -7 last night, but possibly could have been better. Some of these greens are pretty tough, but some are extremely easy. Im just looking for better than my -21 in the 2015 tourney.

Good luck with your rounds, good scores are possible but you do need to watch what part of the greens you land on or could end up with a tricky two putt, the green speeds can surprise at times. 17 under after three is not to bad a score considering how many shots I dropped over the three rounds. I scored plenty of birdies but the course always bites back at some stage. I'll be keeping a eye on your scores, I hope you reach the target you set yourself, have fun out there Stephen.

I was dreading a repeat of my fourth round the last time we played here but thankfully managed to avoid that. I found a lot of effort and focus was needed, I won't say I struggled but it seemed like I was fighting for every par and birdie. I was a little bit surprised by my score in the end, six under par. I guess because so much concentration was needed on holes with a crosswind, that attention had to be paid to the long iron shots that I did not notice my score ticking along nicely. I only dropped one shot this time which was a improvement and on what I thought was the toughest day of the four as well. I did find the water on the ninth but pulled off a nice recovery to par the hole. It felt like a real round of golf, where every good shot was rewarded. I am most pleased with my long iron shots, they did not always give me birdie chances but they did end up roughly where I wanted them to land. Twenty three under will not be setting the leaderboards alight but it's nineteen shots better than my last outing here and I hope will see me safety in the middle of the pack. Good luck everyone finishing over the next few days.

Really good improvement Dan, a solid start to season two, time to kick on next week and go for the exemption. There doesn't seem to be that many active players on CC-B so this is your best chance. No pressure.

Decided to power through and finish all 4 rounds last night. First and fourth rounds were great, even in the high winds, I managed to score well in the fourth. The second and third rounds were frustrating. On five occasions I had 0-2 mph winds going into approached shots only to hit a 94% shot. Very frustrating. But hey... I beat my new rival Dan!!! lol
R1: -9 R2: -7 R3: -6 R4: -8
Total: -30

So you take the first win in to new rivalry, well played, some nice rounds there. My middle rounds let me down. You might get a exemption with that score. Time will tell what the cc-a leader finishes with. I find it interesting that all my rivals get promoted before I do. There is something going on here, I know logic says its because they all play better than me but bah, where's the fun in logic. I have a plan for week two, a bionic arm, with my new strength and power, I shall not be stopped. So well played Stephen, enjoy your victory but I'll be back.

I've had plenty exemptions over the last season. I tend to not show up on the weeks I have exemption. I'll never forget the back to back weeks where i went -47 then -1 and 8th to last the following week. CC-A seems like they do not want me......

I have a plan for week two, a bionic arm, with my new strength and power, I shall not be stopped. Quoting myself in a post, how arrogant is that? Anyway, it seems I am not allowed use my bionic arm in the next tournament. According to golf game bylaw 267. Bionic arms are only allowed in EA games and only if you pay for the 6 million dollar man dlc. So I guess back to the drawing board to think of new ways to beat my rivals. You this game and trying to beat my rivals is causing me some serious burn out, after failing again this week, I went out and burnt out my neighbours car. At least they cheering me on for next week, they dreading what will happen if I lose again.

Sweet! I think? After missing my web card .. N then a disappointing -26 at victory in cc-c. Looking at the results I do believe .. I'm moving to B on sponser excemption! It's been a long road ! Started in cc/c Striked down to D .... Back into Cc-c. And now finally -- my first appearance coming up in .. Cc-b A good showing there then get that card .. Move up to cc-a .. ... And then get a top 10. And I can start earning cash with the big boys!
Easy! Not ! Lol. ... Oh why oh why did I not take tour school more serious! If only I new of the fight n struggle to get through the ranks! ( if I can just shoot 10 under per round for the next 4 events. Totaling .. -120 par For 16 rounds. Better get practicing .. I guess!
