I see Theriot still has a web card even though he finished top 10 in reg season. Oversight there?

I like Nevedsky here. He was in the Web pretty much the whole year. And for guys with a ton of starts he was the best. He was top 100 in WGR

Gotta be Bob for me. Dominated the web for the little time he was in it and then proceeded to make a great run in the FedEx narrowly missing out on the top 30 there.
Honorourable Mentions to Nedvesky and Bostwick for consistency, Tracy for winning the money list and the likes of Boomer and Sooter who look set to take the PGA by storm next season.

Voted Boomer. He showed a lot and I came up with him through CC-A to Web. He will rock the PGA. Not taking anything away from the other great players though.

Boomer's consistency was incredible, judging by his API stats, the guy is a putting machine lol. Bob Balzhiser was on fire for quite a while as well, earning his PGA card through a Battlefield promotion. It's a toss up between those guys IMO.

I looked at players that played the majority of the season in Web. Then it was very close, but for me, I went with Doug Bostwick.
I am also honored for the nomination here.

I appreciate the nomination, I realize I was late to the party here, so I'm doubly honoured.

A good chunk of these nominations could easily win this. In the end, I went with Andy Tracy. He played in the Web tour pretty much the entire year finishing consistently in the top 25 of the leaderboards. In addition to that, the man won the Web Finals. That counts big in my book.
Like I said, you can't go wrong picking pretty much any of these folks.

Very close voting, and like mentioned by Clay, there really isn't one person that stands out. The voting reflected that. I am honored by the award. May all the nominees do well in season two in the top two tours.
