Just a heads up if anyone missed it. Vallentuna Golfklubb - Sweden will host The Duffer Classic(one of my two submitted names that was selected) to open the 2016 season.

NVM, I found it. Wasn't expecting a handicap course. I assume that will be turned off for the tourney?

Played 4 rounds here with drastically varying winds from round to round. Three of the rounds were in the 5-9mph range with ebbs and flows and one round with a 12-15 mph average for the majority of the round. Had a total of -34 over the 4 rounds...that should dictate to around -15 come the tourney. I did manage a -11 and -12 in 2 of my rounds.

I have been playing a few practice rounds on various courses and using your ghost ball, wow Jim your game has come on leaps and bounds well done.
Get them negative thought's out of your head. In your last post you said "Had a total of -34 over the 4 rounds...that should dictate to around -15 come the tourney" defeatist talk Jim, you know you can do it, so get out there and "kick some putt", (pun intended lol).
Good luck in season 2 mate.

Good luck in season 2 mate. Thanks Martin....following the lead of Jimmy Kuo helped me big time. Watched a number of his ghost rounds...played live with him a few times..watched where he was hitting the ball to on the greens...watched his aims in the winds...it really helped me a lot. The putting I worked on myself. ...as for the "negative thoughts"...reverse psychology

The putting I worked on myself. ...as for the "negative thoughts"...reverse psychology Great work Jim... let me start with questions: how can I watch ghost rounds ? how can I specifically select your ghosts ? (sorry if these are silly questions but I can't find the game manual) During the last few days I learned a lot about this "game" that a poor player (as I'm at the moment) need to remember: - do not start a round if you think you are short of time to finish it - do not start a round if you do not have the time to play 3/4 practice holes before the round - do not rush to finish the round, you shouldn't have started it - do not overplay - use a little of strategy and figure out the best way to play the entire hole before smashing the drive - play for par and birdies will come naturally with practice - do not force putting for birdies, the risk for the 3 putt bogey is just around the corner (or behind the hole) - be realistic with your scores and play hole by hole, results will come with practice At the moment I'm OK with driving and almost OK with putting... I've to work hard on approach shot (especially with low wind that I can't yet figure out) to minimize long putts that 90% of the time finish 3 feet short or 2 feet right to the hole... See you on the greens Roberto CC-E player

Hi Roberto, when you have chosen a course to play, you get a small panel that says Tee Off and above that is one that says continue round, well on the left of them is a big panel that usually shows players and their scores that have played the course before you. Just click on there and select the ghost balls you want to play with.
Remember 'Always play the course and NOT the score or the opponent'
Happy golfing Roberto.

Which courses did you play mrKuo's ghost balls please Jim? Jim, another player I love watching is JimGem on you tube www.youtube.com/channel/UChIzqoownVfoNHS-4QXy_oAHe has played many, many courses, there is no commentary so no distractions just pure unadulterated golf. It also gives you the chance to stop and replay the shot to see how he has set it up. I've learned a lot watching his video's, he makes it look so easy....LOL

Just played another round @ Vallentuna. I never thought I'd be this happy with a 66 but I value it more than the -12(60) I put up. Why?...because it was through 12mph-20mph winds.
