Be interested to see who people think the early favorites are! Just figure I would get a fun topic started!

James Gemmill (jimgem) and Steve Lillico (steve2golf) will be neck and neck until the end. I hope to be close and maybe win 1 tournament this year. I've beaten these guys before, but few and far between
Also interested if any dark horses appear. I've seen some really good players on XB1, but don't see them in the beta tourney here

I think our very own Scott Doyley could make a run at it as well. Steve and Scott will be neck and neck as the top Canadian on tour.

jimgem can go extremely low, but needs to be able to do it round after round after round... I think he has to be one of the favs.

Me ... I just traded in my trackball mouse for a Hori .... LOL (like Mr. 12th from the Bottom of the Practice Tourney is going to win anything ever...)
<I'm joking ... I will never trade my precision trackball for some console controller>

I thank you for the mention, but I must add my 2 cents here. First a preface, I have both the PC and the console versions of this game and I prefer to play the PC version, but the console version is easier. I like the PC version because I can sit in my garage, smoke etc, pop up my yardage charts without paper notes etc. The player of the year I will bet will come from 1 of the consoles and they will be tough to keep up with.
With that said though, Jimgem is the Arnold Palmer of this game, chasing him around the various leaderboards since the very beginning of early access, I will say he is amazing at this game, he can achieve scores that dazzle and amaze me. So many times in the 2 seasons I have played rounds and finished rounds and said to myself, like the spain beta hard version recently, I left no shots out there, only to be beat by 3 4 and even 5 shots by Jimgem. My hat gets tipped to Jim, a future hall of famer IMHO.

I'm anxious to know where Jim will play. PGA or euro?

Wow thanks for the mentions guys and especialy to steve2golf you're making me blush .There are alot of good players out there and they are getting better and better. Its getting harder each week to keep up.Steve/Doyley/Dogz/Ariel to name but a few from the p.c side and now we got the ps4 and xbone guys posting incredible scores. To me i think its just making the game better and keeping us low shooters on our toes trying to stay consistent. As for the euro/pga tours i realy havn't given it much thought even though i'm from europe i'm swaying more to the pga as i think thats where the cream of the crop will lean more toward.

According to the bookmakers players now need to be inside the Top 175 of Q-school to even have a shot at a most wanted European Tour card.

It 'll be 14 days of great fun and a lot of speculations (part of the fun in my eyes).
- Who's scoring well and who's choking? - Do I get the card I am looking for or not? - Who's on the bubble and why is everybody waiting to post their scores? (are they?)
