I'm on the pga tour and missed cut for final fedex cup tournaments. a couple weeks later I get an email from tgctours that I missed last 2 tournaments and must serve a week penalty. it turns out, at least as far as I can tell, I missed web.com tournaments (for which I didn't sign up and wasn't aware that I was). then I get another email that I'm signed up for the children's hospital tournament. I play that and try and sign up for this week's web.com tournament. it says I cannot because I must serve the penalty. now it's asking me to submit a score. should I play? how do I serve the penalty. I'm cornfused.

If you don't have any response on your question yet, I'd suggest to write an email to commish@tgctours.com instead.
This might have been overseen by the admins probably.
