losing rounds

I have a problem that maybe someone can offer suggestions.  
In this weeks Web tourney, I had played 3 rds and went to play the 4th and the first 3 rds were gone. (lost 3 rds)

In Luke's 'Oswinner tourney, I had played into the fourth course and went back in and it reverted back to the second course (lost 2 rds)

In the LGGT, I had finished 4 rds and went back in and reverted back to the second.

In some, but not all situations, I was back at the 18th green with a 6" putt to finish.

What gives?  Anyone know how to fix or what I did to cause this?

Just suggestions/thoughts:

Are you hitting your first tee shot on the next round when you are leaving an unfinished tournament/tour? It is a known bug that sometimes you will be put back on to the 18th green if you leave after finishing a round mid-tourney (tour). The remedy has been to hit your first tee shot on hole #1 of the next round.

Is your internet connection spotty? In the lower right hand corner do you see the wifi looking icon still going when you leave?

If no to both of the above, then another thought: Has this all happened since the new patch/update? There may be a new bug/issue maybe..?!?

Thanks Bob, the answers are yes I always hit the first tee shot.
Internet connection is good.

Could very well be a bug since the patch, but if no one else is getting this then maybe not.

I did not indicate that I was on PS4.
