XB1 Exporting Replays to Web

Is there a tutorial on how to do this?  I'd love to be able to post some replays from my rounds.

Also, if i wanted to twitch stream on my xb1, how do i go about that as well?

Anyone know where I can find this info at?

Xbox record that, then upload it to youtube with the xb1 youtube app.
