We had a member send in a ticket saying his XB1 controller was erratic almost every other drive - resetting the controller fixed the issue (updating controller firmware). He wanted to share in case anyone else out there was experiencing the same thing.

So late last season ... I had 2 tourneys .. Literally could not hit driver in fairway. Need-less to say really bad scores. Anyway I went into settings on the Xbox. In there there is a place you can update firmware to controller. U need to plug in controller to Xbox via a wire. There is a place on the controller and Xbox back for this. Anyway as soon as I did this all probs were fixed. I guess Xbox updated the controllers or the game updates ... But my controllers were not. This explains why this kinda happened out the blue.. N why I knew it was not the me but the controller as in past never had this issue. As soon as controller recorded the firmware update.. No probs since and solution was immediate.
