FYI, there's not much of an offseason here so stuff like this is better run unofficially by members. We'll tend to pull off the bigger events officially as they happen on the schedule such as the President's Cup and Ryder Cup. We have no issues with members taking the ball and running with it in the forums etc.

I was joking about playing for North-East England but if you asked for registration from interested people you could go geographical within countries depending on numbers. Say you had 8 interested from England you might be able to split them North and South for example.
