Just threw up a 67(-5) here in the 1st round I've played on the course. Should translate to a 77 or higher come the tournament.

I like the change of pace here with the desert theme. I played this one last night before heading off and the front 9 felt much easier than the back (7 birdies vs 2 and a couple of bogeys). Greens seem MUCH easier than what we've been working with lately as well.

I've been having a few practice rounds on this one too, after forgetting to register for Timberwolf - doh! Although stories of that round 3 wind at Timberwolf have made me almost glad, I could have been looking at 100+

The courses are always posted under the CC Multi Pin Schedule thread. I believe it is Outlaw and Outlaw B (two of each).

Anyone looking to practice in double digit winds should look up the 4 round tour that Phyler set up on Steam. It's got 10 to 14 mph winds for pretty much all four rounds. I think if you just type "skull" in search under tour, it will be the first of two options that come up.

I just played the second of the two Skull Valley practice tours last night and the fourth round has 18 mph gusts to practice on!

I just played the second of the two Skull Valley practice tours last night and the fourth round has 18 mph gusts to practice on! I played it a hour or two ago with 13-16mph. I've been playing really well on this course. I still managed a -4 with those winds... but I had 7 birdies and 3 bogies. Could of done better. My lowest score so far was 63 (-9).

Had my first round earlier, hit a -9 (63 on PS4). This'll be my first tourney so looking forward to it, seems a fun course.

Another great tee shot from MrShoes! Seriously I don't know why I bother. 250 hours invested into the game and this is what I constantly get myself in to

Best I've shot in those winds is even par Still shot a course record -14, can I get a pat on the back? Geez...! My last four rounds today on this course have been -11, -14, -7, and -11. all bogey free. I've been playing in TGCT for 6 tournaments now, and I've never had this type of streak of domination on any course, practice or tournament. And yes, I know this will probably not translate to tournament play, but guess what? That -14, would probably translate to a -7 at least. Which is pretty dang good for 16-18mph winds. P.S. aren't you the one who always complaining about moving down a tour because you keep shooting +20's BAZINGA!
