Hello, I started to play this game well before console release and after a break i was very happy to join the TGCTOUR this year. I know very well some of your "PC ghosts" here and weeks after weeks i try to struggle for the cut in this challenging tour. Write in English in a forum is sometimes difficult when it's not your native language !! That's why i didn't post here before even if i'd like it sometimes. By the way i often read the locker room of the week and enjoy it. Probably not in the run for a pro tour card this year and will try to do better next year. Nice community, amazing TGCTOUR and great staff. Keep up the good work !

I love the wide range of ages and nationalities on this site. Plus people in all sorts of different walks of life - some with kids (and grandkids), some without kids, some still are kids.
The tournaments are what got me interested -- the people are what got me hooked. Thank you all!

I want to say that I miss a vast number of the Web players. Most of us will meet up on the Pro tours next year, and that will inject a lot more talent into them and more competition. I look forward to that. But for now I kind of miss a lot of you. I am getting to know the PGA players and hopefully am gaining their respect, but I really look forward to many of you in season two trying to grind it out with the top guys. Many of us were even CC players and will complete the ascension to the top tours next year.
I wish you all good luck in your Web.com Finals. It doesn't seem it will take much to move up.
I have been playing them just to see where I would finish and for the practice.

I miss the Non Spoiler threads we used to have where the tounament played out as it should, on a round by round basis. That is where a lot of players wit and personality showed as they described their rounds. Now it is a ego and pissing contest within a few hours after the tourney starts. This ^ was the reason I played TGCT online and spammed the EU threads . Otherwise its just me vs some names on a board, probably why my golf sux now (not as fun).
Some funny sh%$ in those early days, and not too overboard... well ,maybe a little

Unfortunately there are some people here that spoil the experience but the vast majority of players I have met "virtually" here are warm, friendly and full of banter. I enjoy reading the stories of the weekly tournament plus playing the ghost balls. I'm distinctly average at the game so hopefully I'll build up a friendly rivalry with those around me. I could end up making the top tier for next season which feels a little cheated as I'm miles behind the top guys. Still, hopefully it'll continue to be a blast.

This has been a great for me. While I am busy with kids and wife and I seem to play in bunches I always enjoy the tourneys....for the most part. Like Billy said the days of Web-A were a fun time! It seemed everyone had a chance to win each week. While I have been stuck at CC-A not able to break through, I have enjoyed my time. I hope that I am able to push ahead to Web next season and enjoy it like I did in Web A, with the hope to move to the bigs with some good play.
Once thing is the community is always willing to share tips to get better, it is nice that we have a entire sub-forum teaming with tips from the best. I know I wouldn't be as "good" as I am without them. So thanks Doyley for putting that together for us.
looking forward to season 2!
