Anyone heard of better than -31. I shot -16 in B disgusted with my last 2 rounds was -12 after 2rds but will take an exemption although don't deserve one haha.

Nope, that is the lowest I have seen from posters here in these forums. I believe Jared in CC-B posted a -31. Other than -28 and -27 have been the lows I have seen.

first round in the books. Shoot a -2. Wind is messing with me for some reason. Either way short or too long. Not sure if the calc changed or what but on the par 3 3rd, had a perfect shot and it came up way way short and in the bunker and cost me a bogey, as I was short sided, and i suck at bunker play with 9 yard shots....
As for the other shots just horrible at putting on Reebs greens. Too many subtle breaks for my liking that are hard to see for me for some reason. Cost me at least 3-4 shots because I suck at putting.
Other then that just not getting the wind on pitches lately. for example 61 yards, up hill 6 yards, wind kind of in my face 12 mph, hit a 75 yard pitch with a little loft and came up well short. Again not sure what is going on, this happened many times to me. In past rounds that ball should be on the hole or a little past. Not well short, like leaving me a 15 foot putt.
Plus lot of bad luck, the par 5 on the back with the green by water, was left with a shot the couldn't carry the water, tried to layup, ball squirt, starts right and with a right to left wind stays to far right, into the light rough, but blocked by the tree, easy birdie turned into a par.
Reeb makes beautiful course but tricky for sure and hard if you miss your landing zones, again well done Reeb!

I try to avoid long slopes on greens and go with more subtle or shorter sharper slopes. I find this leads to a lot of over-reading with folks missing on the high side quite often.
Not trying to be tricky...I just personally HATE putting on greens with just one big break over the entire green. It tends to leave longer 2nd putts as well.
I guess my thoughts are to give you a hard first putt but USUALLY a simpler 2nd putt...not always but usually.

Good news is I hardley had any down hill putts. So Reeb, Buddy, Friend....WHAT IS THE SECRET TO PUTTING ON YOUR COURSE!!!!!!

it's just like real life. Read it in stages.
What I'd do is look at the 2nd break first. Where will your ball need to enter that break to get to the hole? Now... read the FIRST break with the intent of getting to that point with the right speed.
Not easy...but that's how I read them. I've seen folks read the first break first. that never works for me.
In this game the first break tends to be more important. I think this is usually because on a double breaker the 2nd break will be headed slightly uphill most of the time so the break is less pronounced. Make sense?

Well, that was a fun yet nerve-fraying tourney. Great course, really well balanced. Thought the back 9 played a bit easier, especially in rds 3 & 4. Finished on -28 (62-65-67-66), which could possibly be good enough for a tie?? I had so many chances in round 3 to go low but had a four-putt and a three-putt from less than 25 feet which killed me.
Par 3's kicked my butt especially Hole #12.. the closest I came was in the 4th round, thought I had it perfect but watched my ball roll one revolution too much and off the back of the green into the sand. Couldn't get up and down and that might be the one that costs me. Gotta say I'm pretty happy overall though, getting more consistent.

Looks like I'll finish ~12th with one less birdie than the winner. It's those 8 bogies that got me. If I can find a way to stop bogeying maybe I can actually have a shot in one of these tournaments!
