As a distraction from placing millions of rocks all over The Cave Course, I've started work on an English links course. Currently using the links theme, I am aiming to reflect some of the fantastic true links style courses in the south east of England (Princes, Royal St. Georges, Royal Cinq Ports and so on) that I have had the pleasure of walking. This means the course will be low lying, contoured and riddled with pot bunkers.
The layout will be 27 holes on a single plot, meaning that they can be combined into 3 separate 18 hole courses. This also means that a championship version will be possible, combining the best holes from the interweaving nines to create a tailor-made layout.
