I played Oktoberfest a few minutes ago.
Wow is all i can say, it's a great course. Maybe there are a couple of things that I prefer done in other way, but it's only a matter of taste:
1.- Leave a bit more room between playing areas (fwy & green) and the deep rough. Missing fairway or green by three feet and finding yourself in knee-tall grasses is a bit too punishment IMO
2.- Greens. They are perfectly playable, so no problem with them, but for my liking, if you take size, slopes and speed they are too close to not being fairly playable. Maybe reducing a bit the speed, or increasing the size might make them perfect (what i like as a perfect green, not the universal truth of a perfect green)
But It's a great course, the look, the feel, the playability, all of them are there. Great job
