Jack Nicklaus is the reason I got into golf. Jordan Spieth is the Future of Golf. However, there has been so many greats that have played the game - my bucket list could over-flow. Spieth is not fit to b Rorys caddy lol , hes good but done nothing .The old heads had a field of just themselves to beat ,surely the best eva player is yet to be seen or proven with a world competetive stage . Momentum has to be with Rory so far as to say hes comfortabley ahead of the field . As for tiger who . Bubba 'happy gilmore' Watson hahahaha wonder if you still feel that way about Jordan Spieth? especially now, being the first to win multiple tournaments this season ... and where is Rory's 3 iron again ... oh yea, Trump bought it off the guy that dove in the lake and gave it back to Mr. "I have no class and and throw a tantrum" and get fined ... (ok, huge fine for us mere mortals, just an interest check to Rory) Any bets Jordan wins a 3rd, before Rory wins one?

My all-time-favourite:
JOHN DALY
I will never forget when I saw him live for the first time in Munich about 10-12 years ago. It's not only his long-hitting, I simply like his whole attitude!
As I'm Austrian, I actually root for Bernd Wiesberger of course. He really has lots of potential, as he showed at The Players Championship last year for example. I hope he'll play a good tournament at The Masters, where he is going to be the first austrian player ever to tee up.

Growing up I had a Jack Nicklaus "Golf My Way" VHS tape so I'd probably say him but I was always partial to Sam Torrance.
He was one of the first golfers I remember seeing on TV with the "broom handle" putter. Plus, like Sandy Lyle, he's Scottish =P. Unlike Sandy though, he never did that well in the Majors.
Used to like watching Wee Ian Woosnam on the TV too. I remember watching him fire a club into the woods at The Open one year when he discovered he'd packed 15 clubs in the bag. He was playing pretty well at the time as well.

I've always had a soft spot for Luke Donald. Not being the longest hitter on tour he uses his accuracy, short game and putting to compete, that was before he lost his form and confidence. Hasn't won since 2012 i don't think.

There's only one. Seve.
These days, anyone who plays in the Europe Ryder Cup Team, but especially Lee Westwood and Poults. Honourary mentions to Rickie Fowler and Lefty. Danny Willett could be the next one, plus Bristol's Chris Wood.
