I'm always interested to hear what other golfers consider their favourites. So I pose the question, Who is your favourite Golfer, current or past? For me it's Rickie Fowler. Firstly he's roughly my age and is someone I can relate to socially and on the golf course. Last season was such an exciting season for Rickie (and me while I was watching), with his golf and mentality really maturing, his scores were getting lower and lower and becoming really competitive and exciting to watch, especially on the weekend! Next year if his form continues he will secure his first major, (my prediction) after a solid 2014 saw him finish top 5 in the Majors and move up the FedExCup Leaderboard to 9th. Placing 8th in Money Earnings ($4,806,117) resulting in him now at 10th in the Official World Golf Rankings. Outside golf his generosity to charities and his ability to give back to Junior golfers is what really tops it off for me. Interested to hear others favourites. *If you've not heard of Golf Boys then click here and join the other 7.3million who have enjoyed it!

My favorite current golfer on tour is Adam Scott. If I could pick any swing to take and make my own, it would be his. A pure work of art.
Other current favorites include Matt Kuchar, Rory McIlroy, and Jordan Spieth.
Favorite Champions Tour guy is definitely Freddy Couples. Always enjoyed watching Colin Montgomerie, too. That upside-down C finish was so cool. Wish he would have broken through just once in the majors.

Never any question... I grew up in Columbus and went to the Memorial a few times as a wee shaver, then attended OSU like the Golden Bear. I was a member of the sousaphone section of the OSUMB when he dotted the "i' in Script Ohio. Her personally thanked each one of us.

Boom Boom has always been my guy. I was 15 and in attendance at the '92 Masters when he won. And I'm thrilled that he's the front-runner to Captain the US side at the 2016 Ryder Cup. I also have to give some props to my fellow alum Patrick Reed. He's a bit brash and cocky...I can relate.

I grew up on Seve, but really was (I think that is the right tense ) a huge Tiger fan (I know, I know). In fact I am one of the few who really likes Tiger and Phil Mickleson. (I work for KPMG). I really love short game players. Long drives are nice, but 30 foot putts and touch around the greens always amaze me.

Tiger Woods (overall)
Currently (as far as entertainment value),
Patrick Reed (I like seeing a little cockiness and attitude on tour, especially in match play). Victor Dubuisson (He walks around so aloof with slouched shoulders. Seems to be clueless, then hits some amazing shots).

For Dutch golf fans these are amazing times. We got one player to thank for that and his name is Joost Luiten. I've been following him and his achievements since 2007 and it has been a great ride. In the final week of the OWGR in 2013 he managed to get inside top 50. He is the first ever dutchman to achieve this. And last week he joined the Top 30 players in the world. Superb! Hopefully he'll be joining the PGA Tour soon .. that is the place to be!
I'm not a great fan of long hitters, although I saw Bubba hitting an amazing 3 Wood from the rough yesterday at the HSBC Championship.
I like seeing Phil Mickelson showing his magic around the green. And players who somehow find their way out of trouble ... remember Dubuisson at the World Matchplay?:
Furthermore I just like seeing great competitive play in golf. And although I'll always be rooting for the European players especially in the Ryder Cup .. I really do hope that players like Fowler and Spieth and [??] will catch up with Rory McIlroy pretty soon.

That was a great show, remember it. I actually have been enjoying golf the past few weeks because most of the top golfers are taking time off and I can enjoy seeing golfers compete that we normally don't see. I enjoyed watching Ryan Moore winning at the CIMB Classic a few weeks ago, and I was rooting for Haas this past weekend in the Champions Tour event..
I love golf, and the golf channel..

My first set of clubs were second hand old wooden, 'slammin sammy' Sam Snead clubs. After I learned a bit about him, his achievements spanning four decades and famous swing sometimes emulated by his peers he grew to be my favourite golfer. Also, playing bare foot at times lol. Times sure did change I find it hard to choose a current golfer but do like when the Australians get up there. I do though, admire all people who can shoot well.

So many to choose from? You just got to have Jack at the top, Super Mex for the laughs. and Seve. Modern day Big Phil, TW, Adam Scott and Rory. If it's just down to favs, USA is Couples his swing is so effortless. European Sam Torrance, just cause he is my kind of guy. Could spend all day talking about players, great topic! ⛳️ Oh sorry I have to mention The Big Easy, Ernie Els.
