Hey guys so I came across a strange situation this week on the cc-c tour.
Now I have read the rules/glitches page about the 1inch putt glitch.
I may have stumbled into a variant of it. Just wondered if other people have had the same issue as me.
So it was particularly windy on this weeks tour. Not just windy but in totally different direction than it had been all week in practice.
Headed to the Tournament loaded up CC version of the tour.
there was 20mph wind. So i thought scrap this I'll go and have a few practice rounds.
Headed to La Golf National (Tour A) and played a few holes.
I switched off TGC and came back on an hour or 2 later and finished the practice round I had by clicking on continue game from the main menu.
It didn't go to well. I thought doesn't matter its just a warm up.
Finished that round and switched TGC off.
Came back a bit later in the day and continued my tournament round 1/day 1 of my tour which I assumed would be at hole 1.
Loaded up and I was on 18th with a 1inch putt for bogey to make it an abysmal +6 for the day.
When I continued the practice round previously in the day I did think these are similar winds to the tour.
I didn't get any between hole tournament standings. My in-game hud showed La Golf national (Tour A). It definitely didn't switch between the course name and the tournament title as it does on a tour.
So I didn't think anything of it. Only to find when I started/continued my 1st day of tour to be faced with that.
Did my chain of events cause this do you think?
Has this variant of the 1inch putt glitch happened to others?
I'm not asking for rollbacks or anything like that. I played that course on that day. Admittedly not in the tour mindset. It doesn't reflect how I think I would've actually scored. Just want to inform staff if it is not know.
Maybe get some feedback on how to not have this happen again is all.
